Ordering Questions
- Payment Methods
- OPTP accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
- Net 30 day Invoicing is available to qualifying customers with existing account numbers.
- International orders must be prepaid prior to shipping.

"My Account" Questions
- Your information is secure. Look for the "Secure Lock" image at the bottom right hand side of each screen, indicating that the information is secure and encrypted.
- OPTP does not sell your address or email to other businesses. Your mailing address is used by OPTP to send you quarterly product updates.Your email address is used by OPTP to send you Tracking Numbers for your orders and to send you our Monthly OPTP Insider Enewletter.
- All orders will be automatically processed with your credit card information. Professional and Distributor Net 30 billing options are available upon request and approval only.
Shipping Options
- OPTP generally ships ground using a standard delivery service. Shipping charges are listed on the Order Form. Other shipping options include Priority Mail, International Mail, Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day services.
- AK and HI have Priority Mail and 2 Day shipping option. FPO and APO addresses will ship Priority Mail.
- International orders will be contacted with shipping options and pricing within 1 to 3 business days. If you do not hear from us within this time period please contact us at optp@optp.com
- For customers ordering only CDs or DVDs - you may qualify for a reduced shipping charge. Please call us for more information.
Returns and Exchanges
- All OPTP products are fully guaranteed against defect. Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, contact OPTP IMMEDIATELY for prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are calling about a damaged item.
- OPTP guarantees products for 30 days. All product returns must be handled within 30 days.
- OPTP offers a 10 day return policy on Books, DVDs and other publications. This allows you to review the publication to ensure your satisfaction.
- Returned items must be returned in excellent and/or (unused) condition for full product credit. Use extra caution when packing books to avoid damage.
- With the exception of shipping errors, OPTP does not refund/credit shipping and handling fees. **Please note: Law labels and identification labels must remain on all products for credit. Credit cannot be issued for books with markings, stickers or torn pages.
Dealer - Distributor - Professional Customers
- OPTP offers discounts to Health & Fitness Professionals due to the quantity of their orders. Please complete the Professional Registration to access any discounts.
- Distributors must complete the Distributor Agreement , order a minimum of $100 per order and have a Re-Sale ID number issued by their state.

OPTP respects your right to privacy. Keeping customer information secure and only using it to assist our customer's satisfaction is important to OPTP. The personally identifiable information we collect from you such as name, address, e-mail, telephone numbers, fax numbers, and credit card information is not shared with any external sources, unless we have authorization from you and/or is required to do so by law.
- OPTP adheres to strict standards of security to safeguard any personally identifiable information our customers share with us.
- The collection and use of any personally identifiable information is only used to deliver superior service and to meet the requirements needed to administrate our business effectively. (i.e. Responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, facilitating payment, customer mailings and distribution of catalogues).
- Only trained authorized employees are permitted to handle the customer's personally identifiable information.
- We use state of the art technology to protect your data when you shop our website. OPTP uses Secure Socket Layer Software (SSL) to protect your data from being received by third parties. SSL encrypts all the personally identifiable information including your name, address, and credit card information as it transmits over the Internet.
- OPTP provides links to several other sites for the benefit of our customers to receive helpful information and services. OPTP is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of linked sites, as they are not controlled by OPTP. Please contact linked sites to become familiar with their privacy policies.
- OPTP has no intention to collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Parental permission is necessary for children under the age of 13 to submit personally identifiable information. OPTP will instruct children under the age of 13 not to submit personally identifiable information.
- OPTP reserves the rights to make change to the terms of this privacy policy at any time. A revised policy will be posted on our website.
