All time favourite

Although I love all Eric's books, this one is my favourite. It has such a wonderful explanation of the method, has great exercises and imagery in it, and so much insight into how our bodies and minds work. I keep this one lying around and often just pick it up, open randomly and find something worthwhile to remind me of what is important. Whether you are looking for an introduction to the method, or want to delve deeper, this is a great place to start.
