Lumbar Roll

The standard density Original McKenzie®Lumbar Roll™ is the top-selling lumbar cushion and ideal companion in the car, at the office or for use with any seat that does not provide adequate lumbar support.

The lumbar roll provides support and alignment for the low back area while sitting, aiding in prevention and relief of discomfort associated with back pain.

The durable, high-quality construction of this back support is unparalleled, making it the only product of its kind approved for use with the McKenzie Method®.

It is constructed of standard density foam with a non-wrinkle, moisture-wicking, 100% polyester removable cover. A built-in strap secures the lumbar roll to most chair backs and can even be used around the waist.

Based on Robin McKenzie's Treat Your Own Back book as described above, this DVD illustrates the McKenzie Method exercise program of extension, flexion and acute pain techniques.

The Treat Your Own Back DVD provides a fundamental understanding of the sources of lower back pain in a visual, hands-on format. It teaches anatomy, mechanical pain concepts, postural guidelines and exercises designed to alleviate and prevent lower back pain.

Approximate run-time: 60 minutes plus a 20-minute bonus interview with Robin McKenzie.
