This is a functional piece of equipment for therapists. Whereas a pillow does not accomodate head motion, the occipital float allows freedom of motion for the patient while allowing the therapist access to the head and neck with less difficulty.

Fabulous! This float is a valuable tool for all body work. Adjustable, easy to travel with. I use it in my yoga therapy practice. My clients call it the "magic pillow"!
