Good workout

Bought this along with a foam roller to figure out what I was doing. It's a really good workout, especially for the abs. Some of it just feels good, like stretching or lying on the roller. Other parts are pretty hard. It's a long workout if you go through it all. I kinda skip around a bit depending on what I want to do that day.
