Christine Romani-Ruby, PT, takes away the fear of exercising after back pain or back surgery. YUR Back Stability Level I and II programs show how to protect and stabilize the back while getting a full workout. These safe, but challenging, post-rehabilitation exercises are intended for individuals, studios, trainers or clinics.

Exercises use a mat, Small Gym Overball and a resistance band (accessories not included).

YUR Back Stability Level I and II DVDs are sold separately.

YUR Back Stability Level I is recommended for those with a diagnosis of sacroiliac dysfunction or as a progression from the YUR Back Extension or Flexion programs. Total run-time: approximately 32 min.

YUR Back Stability Level II increases the difficulty from Level I. Recommended as a progression from the YUR Back Stability Level I, Extension or Flexion programs. Total run-time: approximately 34 min.
