Dr. Yoav Suprun, DPT, demystifies pain by explaining the most common type of pain and how it works. He then provides strategies for functional movement, proper ergonomics and body mechanics, better posture, and reasons why joint replacement may not be a necessary part of getting older. Using anecdotes and examples, along with photographs to clearly demonstrate his suggested exercises, this book helps people age better without turning to more medication, injections, or surgery.
