Better than a foam roller

I have used these for years and they are a good quality product. I teach my patients to use these balls for self treatment; they are better than foam rollers because the ball provides the ability to work perpendicular to the muscle fiber, and achieve better release of fascial restrictions; also the amount of pressure the ball exerts on the body can be easily adjusted by adding air/letting air out of the ball - not something a foam roller can do.

I use these for my clients for total body massage!! I prefer them to foam rollers since they can move in every direction!
