Awesome product, provides just the right amount of cold therapy, holds temperature for the right amount of time so don't over chill a body part and not so cold one worries about skin damage, the best part is the product has outstanding durable!!! The product is tough enough for multiple applications and chilling sessions as well as folding and conforming the product to various body parts. It seems to last forever before starting to break down along the seams like other products.

I was under the impression from the Chiropractic office I purchased from, that it was made with clay inside the pac. Anywho, it works perfectly. I've had it for at least 3 years, and it has never failed. It's very pliable, works great. Thw coldness last for a good period of time. I used it the other day, and I would say about an hour of coldness was just what I needed for my soreness. Doesn't seem to breakdown like a regular cold pack would. I like the different sizes for certain applications. I recommended it to my chiropractor to have available for other clients. Thanks so much for a great product.

Patients often ask where they can get one of these, I bought this last one for our home personal use, but am ordering more for friends and patients. Suggest to lie flat in the freezer to not wear down at a specific point from folding..
