FitGlide® by Bob & Brad
Sku: 4039
Developed by physical therapists Bob Schrupp and Brad Heineck, the FitGlide is an easy-to-use tool for exercise and rehabilitation of the lower extremities.
Designed to help people recovering from injury or surgery including knee replacement, ACL or PCL surgeries, hip replacement, fracture, or stroke, the FitGlide is also ideal for exercising at home without risk of falling or injury, specifically for those with arthritis or poor balance.
Perform exercises in the seated position, by placing feet on the foot plates for easy movement back and forth along the track. The device can be used in flat position, on an incline or decline, and slides smoothly for low impact exercise to help:- Increase range of motion
- Improve joint and muscle strength
- Promote synovial fluid (reduce friction in joints
- Increase blood flow
- Provide cardiac benefits
- Seated incline hamstring
- Seated knee flexion
- Seated incline quadriceps
- Seated incline quadriceps with weight
- Seated incline hamstrings with weight
- Lightweight (less than 5 pounds)
- Portable – can be used anywhere

In principle, excellent
It is a clever device, well made, with the exception of the very thin bar supporting the incline. It is very flimsy and it falls back easily and your legs are jerked into a flat position abruptly, which is not very comfortable. A sturdier bar would very much increase the efficiency of the device.

Thank you for your feedback, OPTP Customer Service
Thank you, so much, for your product feedback. While the support leg has been thoroughly tested to perform as directed, we do understand how there is the possibility it could fold when both feet are quickly pushed forward to the stopping point at the same time. That is not a recommended or supported use of the product. The literature included with the product directs the user to alternate their feet back and forth. When used in the recommended manner, the support leg should remain firmly in place. I hope this helps. Thank you, again, for your positive words and helpful critique.

Works great
I've struggled with my knees for years and my PT suggested a KneeGlide for some home exercises. Noticed on the site that they had a version that works both legs at the same time, so I picked up that one instead. Only had it a few days but it works great. Your feet slide along the track really easily and it folds up nice when I'm not using it.
