Triad Ball is great
I had a little difficulty blowing the ball up with the straw provided and would have liked the option to purchase a pump with the ball. I thought it came with a pump, but that would be my lungs. I ended up blowing the ball up to a insufficient size on my own. I used a pump from work to finish inflating the ball to my desired inflation.
Working with the ball has been great with good core exercises provided in the Franklin Method Manual. The ball is sturdy enough that I can sit on it and it is just the right size for the stability exercises.

It helps ease my sacrum pain
When my low back and sacrum get tight I lie on the ball and bring my knees to standing. then I gently roll around the ball. It helps to loosen up the sacrum joints. Thanks for asking.

this ball is a little larger than the ones I have previously used but it still works well. good material made in Italy. I recommend it as a great ball to use as an air filled "with a straw" ball.

Versatile prop!
I'm a huge fan of the Franklin balls in all sizes. They are the perfect prop for my pilates mat classes and private sessions. They are the right size for clients to use as a way to engage their inner thighs and lower abs. Also as an additional element for stretching the psoas. Plus they are just plain fun!
