Franklin Method® Air Ball™
Use this soft density 9” diameter ball as a prop for yoga, Pilates, Franklin Method® exercises and more. The size and density make this ball perfect for use as a prop to engage the inner thighs and abdominals during exercise. It can also be used for stretching and rolling out sore joints.
Ideal for use with Franklin Method® exercises, use the ball for gentle massage, fascia release, and to comfortably roll out tight trigger points, relieve tension and soothe sore muscles. Or use for proprioception training by gently tapping the body or rolling different areas of the body over the ball.

About Eric Franklin
Founder of the Franklin Method®
Eric is a mind-body expert, movement educator and the founder and director of the Franklin Method®, which incorporates movement and imagery to help improve coordination, flexibility, mobility, strength & body awareness. Eric is a former dancer who teaches his techniques at workshops and universities worldwide including the Juilliard School in New York.
