Franklin Method® Easy Grip Balls
The bumpy surface of the Franklin Method® Easy Grip Ball™ Set provides sensory stimulation while rolling out sensitive areas and for practicing Franklin Method® relaxation exercises. At 4" in diameter, the firmness of this pair of soft Franklin Method® Balls can be adjusted to your level of comfort. The small size is ideal for massaging fascia, as a psoas release tool, and for gentle massage on sensitive areas including hip flexors. This is an inflatable ball and a Needle Inflating Pump (sold separately) is required to adjust inflation.
Tapping, Rolling and Relief
Use as a massage tool for fascia release and to comfortably roll out tight trigger points, relieve tension and soothe sore muscles. Or use for proprioception training by gently tapping the body or rolling different areas of the body over the balls.
