Amazing must have product.
These are BEST tools for fascia release techniques ...they are not too aggressive, not painful, and get the job done. They can hold on to the superficial layer and allow glide to the layer/layers underneath. I use them in all of my teachings. Eric is genius!!

Game Changer!
I use many props to aid in fascia hydration and find the Franklin Balls to be one of the top tools I go to not only for my own self care, also when teaching my students/clients "hands off" techniques to relieve discomfort and pain in all areas of the body. They are easily transportable which makes them more accessible and will be used more often then lets say a soft foam roller (which I also use). They are just the size and softness and the spikey feature gets into the tissue to help release those trigger points without "wincing", these are magic, highly recommend them!

work any part of the body
Though I love and use most of the Franklin balls, these are my favorite. As a Structural Integrator in bodywork, I can have my movement students use these to work the fascia on their own. It grabs the tissue without discomfort and brings fluid and release to the area so that it can therefore be more efficient in movement. Thanks Eric!!
