Lo Rox™ Travel-size Roller
This small, portable foam roller measures 12" long x 4" diameter and is ideal for travel or can be tossed in a gym bag and used on the go. Designed to elongate muscles, tone the body and provide regenerative massage, it features a moderate density and is made from durable EVA foam. Perfect for improving blood circulation throughout fascia, skin, muscles and joints, the travel-size roller is ideal for taking to the gym, the studio, or for home use.
Lo Rox™ Mini Infinity Roll
This small, portable roller has a unique shape and softer, more cushion-like foam ideal for gently rolling deeper into tissues and muscles to relieve pain, improve posture and decompress joints. The roller can be used to relieve soreness in the feet, lower back, shoulder blades, neck, head, chest, rotator cuffs, triceps, forearms, hands, calves and more.

Lo Rox™ Domes
Sold as a pair, the Lo Rox Domes can be used as a prop while performing a variety of balance and alignment exercises, using the dome side up or down to modify the level of challenge. They can also be used for self-massage techniques, providing a rejuvenating sensory experience.
One side is pebbled to stimulate the nerves and help increase blood circulation, and the other side features a smooth, even bottom for greater stability.

Lo Rox™ Body Sphere with Pump
The Body Sphere is designed to use for exercises to help build strength, improve posture, release stress, and improve core resilience, especially in your all-important pelvic floor—an area many people lose connection to with age.
It can be used as a positioning prop to help activate and integrate muscle groups, or placed on the floor to gently roll the body part you're targeting over the ball for a soothing massage to aid in the release of deep structural tension, while helping to reduce inflammation and hydrate connective tissue.
Measurements: This small workout ball measures 8¼” and is crafted from professional-grade material; perfect for home, studio or therapeutic use. Inflate or deflate to adjust the size using the included pump. Pump needle is stored inside the handle, beneath the rubber cap (see image). Made in Italy.
