Handheld Needle Nozzle Air Pump
This needle nozzle hand pump can be used to inflate (or deflate) nearly any small to medium-sized ball including the Bumpy Ball, the Gymnic Myofascial Balls, the Balls for Body Work, the Franklin Method® Balls, and most sports and recreational balls that require a needle-style pump. The needle conveniently stores in the top of the pump handle when not in use. The small 4” Needle Inflating Pump includes a how-to insert with inflation instructions.
Inflate Small to Medium-Sized Balls
Use the Needle Inflating Pump to inflate (or deflate) nearly any small to medium-sized ball including the Bumpy Ball, the Gymnic Myofascial Balls, the Balls for Body Work, and the Franklin Method® Balls.

Inflation:
- To avoid damaging seal, moisten needle and insert carefully into ball vertically, using a twisting motion
- Do not over-inflate
- Remove needle vertically, using a twisting motion
Deflation:
- Unscrew needle tip from pump
- Carefully insert needle tip into ball
- Squeeze ball to deflate
- Compact air pump
