I use these myself and with my patients

I have been using the PRO-SLANTS with patients for a while now, but I also personally began using them during my Achilles rupture recovery last year. You can challenge your foot in all directions and at both end ranges. I love that they are grippy on the bottom so there is no slipping or sliding - which is especially important for rehab use! It's also a versatile size (width and length) that allows you to fit your entire foot on it, no matter the direction of foot placement required for the exercise you're doing. I continue to use it myself and with my clients to expose them to ranges and positions they don’t normally train in so they are ready for anything and everything!

Easily portable

I have been using the Pro-slant board with my clients as I provide in home wellness and physical therapy visits to them. This piece of equipment has been great as it is lightweight and easily portable. I have used it for flexibility as well as incline/decline boards for balance training. Foam is high quality and holds up to frequent handling. May benefit from a bag to keep pieces together and thin ends protected from wear.
