Angela specializes in the integration of movement, breathing, postural alignment, and relaxation techniques for optimal health and wellness. She is an integrative health coach, Franklin Method® educator, and has achieved full certification from Stott Pilates. She enjoys teaching and has incorporated Pilates into her Occupational Therapy practice for more than 25 years.
