SMARTROLLER®
This uniquely designed ‘two-in-one’ foam roller features a rounder side and a flatter side. Using it with the flatter side down decreases movement, allowing users to sit or stand on the roller for balance movements. Using the rounder side down provides a more challenging, dynamic workout. Creator of the SMARTROLLER®
A Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Stacy is the owner of Smart Somatic Solutions Physical Therapy, Inc., a Los Angeles-based integrative health and wellness clinic. Stacy developed the SMARTROLLER based on years of experience working with everyone from rehab patients and professional athletes to children and senior citizens.
