Versatile Posture Pillow
The versatile EZ Posture Pillow offers proper pelvic support wherever you need to sit. Originally designed by Sara Meeks as a meditation pillow for Yoga, the cushion has also proven to be ideal as a wheelchair cushion or support cushion wherever you sit for extended periods – car, office, home, airplane, stadium, etc. It can also be used as a meditation cushion.
The EZ Posture Pillow’s unique design features a recess in the back for the sits bones and bump in front for the pubic symphysis. This holds the pelvis in a neutral position to offer more support to the back. Correctly sitting on the EZ Posture Pillow and elongating the spine by lifting up through the manubrium bone will put you in the perch posture, which strengthens back extensors.
Features an attached elastic strap for easy transport and a removable, washable cover.

Creator of the Meeks Method
Sara has spent more than 25 years of her nearly 50 years as a clinical physical therapist specializing in the unique management needs of persons with low bone mass (osteopenia) and skeletal fragility (osteoporosis). As a result of her extensive work with persons who have diagnosed osteoporosis, Sara has identified Patterns of Postural Change that occur as, but not necessarily because, people age. She has developed guidelines for physical therapy management, exercise classes, yoga, Pilates, fitness programs and activities, so that therapists can give accurate advice to their patients.
