This smaller diameter lumbar cushion is the ideal companion in the car, at the office or for use with any seat that does not provide adequate lumbar support. The durable 1½” built-in elastic strap is made from a thick, high quality material and can be adjusted to fit most chair backs; it can even be adjusted to fit around the waist.
