I was very impressed with the simplicity and effectiveness of the self-help instructions. Every time I get a discomfort in my neck, or when I feel a headache coming on, I use the appropriate exercises and get relief within a short period of time. I no longer go to mild pain relievers first!

No More Stiff Neck

Really good information about what makes your neck hurt. When it comes down to it, we can help ourselves by learning better ways to do everyday things like sitting at a desk or sleeping. And the exercises don’t really seem like exercises, more like good stretches.
