Sandy is a physical therapist and co-owner of Entropy Physiotherapy & Wellness. She specializes in treating men and women experiencing pelvic pain. An international speaker and instructor, Sandy educates the general public and other health professionals on pelvic pain topics. Self-Care for Pelvic Pain: A Sensory Integration Toolkit

This informative guide was written for people experiencing groin pain, genital pain, or pain while sitting, riding a bike, or having sex. The book explains the different types of pain, along with common pelvic conditions. It then offers step-by-step sensory integration exercises to help treat pelvic pain. Purchase the book individually, or with the Sensory Integration Toolkit (SIT KIT), which includes seven balls of varying sizes and densities that can be used to perform the techniques introduced in the book.

In this video, Sandy Hilton explains why balls in varying sizes and densities are important for treating pelvic pain.
Why Pelvic Pain Hurts

This book weaves through the stigma and complexities of chronic pelvic pain, teaching readers what pelvic pain is, how the brain and nervous system collaborate to create pain, and how people experiencing chronic pelvic pain can finally find relief. Written by Adriaan Louw, Sandy Hilton and Carolyn Vandyken.

Diane Lee, BSR, FCAMPT, CGIMS

Certified by the Canadian Physiotherapy Association as a Clinical Specialist in Women’s Health, Diane is the owner, director and a practicing physiotherapist at Diane Lee & Associates. She also designed a comfortable, adjustable maternity belt that will be available from OPTP® soon.

Com-Pressor™ Belt

This uniquely designed sacroiliac belt provides superior compression that helps promote pelvic and core stability during retraining of impaired lumbo-pelvic core muscles that may develop from pregnancy, surgery, sprains and more.

Coming Soon! Maternity belt from Diane Lee

For low back and pelvic support during pregnancy and postpartum, this comfortable and adjustable belt performs far better than other support belts because of the patented design of the elastic side straps that secure in the front or back, depending on where more support is needed.
