About Grant Watson, Dip Phys, Dip MT, ADP(OMT), Dip MDT

Grant ‘Wattie’ Watson lives in Golden Bay, Nelson, New Zealand, where he fills his heart with his multiple roles in a large extended family and amongst friends, and promotes active ageing through hiking, fishing and gardening, and other outdoor pursuits.

Amongst his many roles within McKenzie Institute International (MII), he was a Senior and International Instructor (1997-2022), Assistant Director of Education (1999-2016), and had the privilege to represent the Institute in more than 40 countries worldwide.

He has acted as Executive Editor for the new editions of both “Treat Your Own Back” and “Treat Your Own Neck”, and is co-author with Robin McKenzie and Robert Lindsay of “Treat Your Own Ankle and Achilles Tendon” (2022), “Treat Your Own Hip” (2019), “Treat Your Own Knee” (2012), and “Treat Your Own Shoulder” (2009).
