Three primary configurations
The Stretch-EZ can be worn in three unique orientations to accommodate different stretching positions.
Placement Option 1
This is the most common placement option used to stretch the arch of the foot (plantar fascia) or calf, and features the heel in the fabric opening.
Placement Option 2
This configuration is used to stretch the quadricep. It features the foot inserted in the opening, and the hook and loop strap around the ankle.
Placement Option 3
This option is for stretches where plantar fascia and calf stretching is not desired, with the heel at the fabric opening, and strap around the ankle.
