From the Back Cover
The health of your fascia affects every movement―it envelops your body, supporting your form, carrying force from muscle to tendon to bone, and storing potential energy. Just as fascia can become restricted and immobile, it can also be released and trained for expansive movement.
Add fascia to your imagery to cultivate a fundamental improvement of how you use and move your body. Learn how connective tissues complete your movement, free yourself from tension and experience your body in a whole new way with Franklin Method® ball and imagery exercises.
