These thick, durable balance pads provide the ideal surface for strength and stability training and rehabilitation exercises. Users can perform single leg balance, hip hinges, squats, skater squats, hopping, lunging and more to build strength and stability in the ankles, knees and hips. Measuring 2¼” thick, these balance pads are constructed with a durable, closed-cell foam that is easy to clean. Two size options are available.

These thick, durable foam pads are constructed with closed-cell foam technology and are phthalate- and chloride-free. Choose from two size options. The mat-sized XL pad offers a larger surface area than conventional pads and blocks. Both are ideal for use at home, in the gym, studio or clinic. Do not stand on pad while wearing shoes.
