CobbleFoam™ Uneven-Surface Balance Trainers
Developed by a physical therapist, this pair of balance boards simulate walking on uneven terrain. Perform basic to advanced movements from walking, hopping, lunging and static balance exercises to improve balance, strengthen the lower extremities, encourage recovery following injury or surgery, improve sports performance and more. The system includes 16 durable foam blocks of different heights that can be moved to form different patterns, and the boards can be placed together to form a walkway.

Create a large platform for an obstacle course or for more aggressive athletic training including running, lunging, hopping and more.
Create a walkway for gait training
Use multiple boards together to create a walkway for physical therapy exercise to help people with arthritis, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and those recovering from injury, improve their walking ability. Use for forward, backward and side-stepping; change the placement of the foam blocks to vary the terrain and increase the level of challenge.
Exercise Options
Perform basic exercises using one board or create a walkway by placing multiple boards side by side. Exercises can include walking forwards, sideways and backwards along the board/s, alternate limb marching, or stepping on and off the board/s.
