Franklin Method® Textured Ball Sets

The Franklin Method® Textured Balls™ feature a comfortable density and a unique honeycomb texture that provides sensory awareness and trains proprioception while performing self-massage to relieve tightness throughout the body. Choose from the 3½"DIA green textured ball set or the 3 1/7"DIA small blue textured ball set. Both are ideal for therapeutic self-massage. Firmness can be adjusted with inflation (needle pump sold separately).
