OPTP® Pro Rotating Discs™
These 11" wooden discs feature 360 degrees of smooth rotation and are ideal for exercises to improve balance, core strength and mobility. Place hands on the discs for planks, push-ups, and internal/external shoulder rotation exercises. Stand on the discs for ankle training and lower body mobility exercises, including internal/external hip rotation. Lie supine with feet on the discs for bridge exercises.

The 11"DIA of the Pro Rotating Discs is ideal for hand or foot placement. Users can perform a variety of exercises while standing, in bridge position, or plank position. The interior mechanism ensures smooth, even rotation. The top of each disc rotates and the bottom stays stable for safety while the small rubber pads on the bottom prevent slipping.
