RumbleRoller®

The surface of the RumbleRoller features specially designed “bumps” that are firm but flexible, much like the thumbs of a massage therapist.

The bumps are firmer than muscle tissue, but much softer than bone, so they deflect out of the way if they contact your spine or other bony protrusions.

As you roll on the RumbleRoller, the bumps continuously knead the contours of your body, stretching soft tissue in multiple directions to help restore flexibility and bring relief to common types of muscular pain.

Available in Firm or Extra Firm Density

The RumbleRoller is available in two densities: firm or extra firm. The firm density can be used for an invigorating massage and deep myofascial release. While the extra firm provides even deeper massage and tension release, making it a great choice for athletes or those with very dense muscle tissue.

The RumbleRoller is latex-free, waterproof and is also molded with an antimicrobial additive that stops the growth of bacteria.

Available in Full Size and Portable Size

The RumbleRoller is available in two sizes: standard and portable. The standard size measures 36”_L x 6”_DIA and provides a larger surface area for massage and myofascial release. The portable size measures 12”_L x 5”_DIA and is ideal for travel and can be easily tossed in a bag for use at the gym, clinic, studio and more.
