Anatomy Trains in Motion

Officially recognized by Tom Myers, Anatomy Trains in Motion is based on his Anatomy Trains concept of interconnected anatomy. The course is a module in itself and serves as the foundation of Slings Myofascial Training. The course focuses on the dynamic interplay of muscles and fascia in movement and on strengthening the good in the body to address imbalance, injuries and pathologies from a place of strength. Gain a new perspective on the Anatomy Trains concept in relation to body-minded movement. Learn about the collaboration between Tom Myer’s Anatomy Trains and Karin Gurtner’s art of motion academy.
