OPTP to Host IDEA West Workshop
The IDEA Personal Trainer Institute West conference will be held April 16-19, 2015 in Seattle, Washington.
The conference is designed to help fitness professionals market and position themselves in the fast-paced personal training field as well as learn new strategies and trends while connecting with top names in the industry.
The event will feature a wide variety of breakout sessions, including one from OPTP. Tara Sowka, marketing professional at OPTP and group fitness instructor with certifications from NASM®, ACE® and Peak Pilates®, will be leading a workshop called “Re-Tool Your Flexibility Training.”
Tara’s workshop will include a hands-on demonstration of stretching techniques using a variety of equipment such as OPTP PRO-ROLLERTM foam rollers, balls, Stretch Out® Straps and more. The workshop is designed for newer trainers who want to learn stretching techniques using creative, accessible tools to keep clients motivated and flexible.
