LoRox Aligned Roller™ featured in LA Yoga magazine
Fascia and alignment expert Lauren Roxburgh, with whom OPTP partnered to create the LoRox Aligned Roller, was featured in the April 2016 issue of LA Yoga magazine.
Lauren’s article is entitled “Restorative Rolling Sequence for Self-Care” and includes a four-page feature. The photography and instructions demonstrate eight unique and highly effective foam roller exercises using the Aligned Roller.
The self-care exercises focus on releasing tension and hydrating fascia for a more flexible, refreshed body. As Lauren says in the article, “Self-care may sound indulgent, but the fact is that it’s never been more important than it is today. So much of our physical state is a result of the stress and tension we carry around on a day-to-day basis.”
About the roller
The 36” x 6” LoRox Aligned Roller was developed by Lauren and OPTP. The roller’s moderate density is designed to elongate muscles, tone the body and provide regenerative massage. Its unique raised, circular bumps aid in lymphatic drainage and decreasing inflammation. The portable version, the 12” x 4” Travel Roller, is perfect to toss in a gym bag and use on the go as illustrated on the magazine’s cover.
