All the time-tested features of the Original Stretch Out Strap with a centered 11th loop. Like the original, the Stretch Out Strap® Pro enables users to achieve deep, effective stretching and mobility exercises without the aid of a partner. The additional, centered loop improves body symmetry, exercise versatility and user safety. When used with an outstretched foot—as in a heel slide or hamstring stretch—the foot can be placed in the center loop, keeping it securely in place while the straps are equidistant from the foot to ensure balanced tension and midline alignment.
