What are my payment method options?
  • Payment Methods

    • OPTP® accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and ApplePay.
    • Net 30 day invoicing is available to qualifying customers. Please complete the Professional Credit Application and submit it via MY ACCOUNT (new customers may apply during account set-up). Existing customers: Log into your account, select My Account, scroll down to Net 30 Day Terms, check the box and follow directions.
Is my information secure?
Your information is secure. Look for the “Secure Look” image at the bottom right hand side of each screen, indicating that the information is secure and encrypted.
How do you use my information?
OPTP® will not sell your your name, address, email or any personal information to any other business. Your mailing address may be used by OPTP® to provide you with an annual product update. Your email address is used by OPTP® to provide tracking numbers and other order-related communications.
How is my order shipped?
Orders at the Standard Shipping level are fulfilled via USPS or UPS. Expedited and International shipments are fulfilled via UPS or USPS, as available. See "Shipping Rates" under support for more detail.
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes, we ship to all US territories including AK and HI.
Do you ship internationally?
International orders have multiple service tiers from which to choose, depending on the destination.
Can I use my own shipping account ?

A separate handling fee of $6.00 will apply to customers using their own shipping account.

Please contact customer service at customerservice@optp.com or 888.819.0121 to add your shipping account; it will then be available to use for online orders.

What is your return policy?
  • All OPTP® products are fully guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship.
  • PLEASE CHECK YOUR PACKAGE IMMEDIATELY to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT OPTP® IMMEDIATELY for prompt action.
  • Damaged or short shipments must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are calling about a damaged item.
  • OPTP® guarantees products for 30 days. All product returns must be handled within 30 days.
  • OPTP® offers a 10 day return policy on most books, DVDs and other publications. This allows you to review the publication to ensure your satisfaction.
  • Returned items must be returned in excellent and/or unused condition for full product credit. Use extra caution when packing books for return to avoid damage.
  • OPTP® does not refund/credit shipping and handling fees, with the exception of shipping errors. For all other instances, customer will pay for return shipping.

**Please note:

  • Law labels and identification labels must remain on all products for credit. Credit cannot be issued for books with markings, stickers or torn pages.
  • To start a return, log in to your account, locate your order and click Return or Replace.
  • Some products are non-returnable; customers are responsible to pay return shipping.

Why should I sign up for a professional?

How do I become a distributor?

Distributor Pricing Level is reserved for those purchasing our products for resale. To qualify as an OPTP® distributor, you must: Sign our Distributor Agreement, provide a copy of your State Resale Certificate, and exceed a minimum order subtotal of $400.00 per order, at the Distributor Pricing Level.

To start the application process, visit LOGIN/REGISTER and sign up for a Distributor account.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Appropriate sales tax will be charged as applicable for your state.
What if I'm tax exempt?
To quality for tax exemption, visit MY ACCOUNT and scroll to the bottom. Click "I Request Tax Exemption" and follow the directions.
