Lo Rox Body Sphere with Pump

The Body Sphere is designed to use for exercises to help build strength, improve posture, release stress, and improve core resilience, especially in your all-important pelvic floor—an area many people lose connection to with age.

It can be used as a positioning prop to help activate and integrate muscle groups, or placed on the floor to gently roll the body part you're targeting over the ball for a soothing massage to aid in the release of deep structural tension, while helping to reduce inflammation and hydrate connective tissue.

Ideal Dimensions

This small workout ball measures 8¼” and is crafted from professional-grade material; perfect for home, studio or therapeutic use. Inflate or deflate to adjust the size using the included pump. Pump needle is stored inside the handle, beneath the rubber cap (see image). Made in Italy.
