Not what is pictured
I am disappointed in this item. It shows a completely different picture than what I was expecting or matched what is online. First off mine is a dirty yellow color when the picture is clearly white. Second, it doesn’t have the same straps as the one pictured here on their website. Mine has these thin straps and on the picture they are clearly thick in in a different place than mine are located. Third, it is sadly made in China. Also, didn’t even come in a box just a plain plastic bag. Must have been used and then returned. Why would they not even ship it in the appropriate packaging?? I guess I will be calling to have this returned.
