I ordered this for 2 clients, brother and sister, that are of varying strengths and wanted something to use with Virtual training at home after therapy finished. Ordered the door loop and handles as well. The standard commercial loops were too high a resistance and too short to fit their needs. They report these bands allow them to participate in online classes as they are not yet comfortable going to a senior gym setting.
