Presented by:
Adriaan Louw, PT, PhD; Jennifer Welter, PT, DPT; and Jessie Podolak, PT, DPT;
Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 1pm CT
Pain not only occurs in adults, but is also very prevalent in children, with approximately one in four children suffering from persistent pain. As the application of pain neuroscience education gains more popularity, it is beginning to expand to children. A series of recent pain neuroscience education studies showed that children can easily understand the neuroscience of pain and yield various positive results. This webinar will discuss how to teach children, parents and caregivers more about the neuroscience of pain.
