Great Tape

Kinesio-Taping, though not a brace, helps with muscular problems leading to mechanical low back pain. The tape develops a responsible cognitive interaction between the somatic framework and the sensorium. It is an excellent example of what can augment physical therapy at home or during activity on a day to day basis. It helps to remind patients of what "good posture" is and how to keep a proper postural attitude.
