About Ashley DeLeon
Based in New York City, Ashley has taught Pilates for more than 17 years. A former ballet dancer, she discovered Pilates after she was set back by injuries. She has studied Pilates with masters of multiple lineages and has had numerous yoga mentors. In addition to leading continuing education workshops for instructors she has established an international following. Her passion is to help others find joy through movement and she aims to help students reach their movement goals in a progressive and accessible way.
