Thera-Band® FlexBars™ are perfect for upper extremity stabilization, neuromuscular re-education, soft tissue and joint mobilization and oscillation. Its unique design allows for bending and twisting movements with one piece of equipment. Includes instructional manual. Used in the "Tyler Twist" technique for tennis elbow treatment. Available in four resistances; sold each. Resistance listed is the force required to bend the FlexBar into a "U" shape.

The medium red FlexBar offers a resistance of 10 lbs.
The heavy green FlexBar offers a resistance of 15 lbs.
The extra-heavy blue FlexBar offers a resistance of 25 lbs.
The thin yellow FlexBar offers a resistance of 6 lbs.
