Great Grip!
I use this mat for all my at home yoga sessions and I love the grip it provides. It does a wonderful job of helping me stay steady and balanced during all my poses. It is also very durable and withstands the wear and tear of when I use weights during my sessions. If you are in the market for a new mat I highly recommend purchasing this one!

Too slippery
The OPTP Yoga Mat is a good value, however, I am finding it too slippery for my regular (not hot) yoga practice.
