Good for Independent Training of Legs

Mostly love these. What is great about them? The ability to efficiently get better balance with both legs at the same time, yet independently, so a strong side doesn't dominate. The smaller diameter disks so you can stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. The separate round "under-pads" that allow you to better use the devices on different surfaces and without damaging the floor. Smaller and easier to store. What do I dislike? the concave surface that you stand on, which puts pressure on your foot mostly on the narrow outer ring. It hurts my feet. With a shoe it's better but not great. Redesign the top surface and I'd probably re-buy. Also wish that the transitions were smoother when you wobble, rather than having the small jerk as you move past each plastic ring on the bottom. I'm trying to understand the benefits of the design on the underside (Probably: lighter weight but strong product, feedback when you tilt past a number of degrees, ability to handle mini-jerks in movement?) Anyway, glad I own them

A definite challenge

Just got these trainers and I was a little surprised that the trainer and the base are separate pieces. Not sure why I thought they were connected, but they’re not. Really like them so far. They tilt and wobble really easily, so you definitely feel how a ton of muscles are engaged to keep you steady. Squats on them was a good challenge. So far, so good.

EXCELLENT for Stretching

I purchased this Green Strap to help with my PT sessions. It is excellent for stretching all muscles. There is a video that also explains how to use it. Definitely worth buying !
