Wonderful resource

This is one of my favourite Eric Franklin books. There is a huge amount of immediately useful information in it. It contains a comprehensive description of this muscle and it's neighbours, together with simple, easy to perform exercises and images that help balance and activate this core muscle. A 'must have' for anyone wanting a strong, responsive and functional body.
