YUR Back Reformer Stability Level I Program uses the Pilates Reformer to thoroughly challenge the core muscles with the spine in a neutral position. Total run-time: approximately 46 min.
YUR Back Reformer Stability Level II increases the challenge from Level I; it is recommended they be performed in order. Total run-time: approximately 49 min.
